We live-stream our adult ballet fitness classes all week - so you can get fit and have fun with ballet from the comfort of your own home. Thursday 6pm Friday 10am Saturday 10am UK time 45 mins. Join one of our classic classes online. Starting at the barre, we warm up and work through exercises based on classic ballet technique. We then move into the centre for port de bras, core work, balance-work and stretching.
